How is the pricing determined?

Pricing is per hardware product model, not per user. One device means one product model — a printer model, a tractor line, an imaging system — with unlimited technicians, end customers and scans on it. Which tier applies depends on how complex that machine is: Basic for simpler hardware, Pro for more complex systems, Enterprise for highly specialised equipment. Volume discounts apply automatically from your second product model.

Is there a free plan?

No. We start with a paid 30-day pilot at $2,500 on one product model. It is not a cut-down tier — you get full product access, with onboarding and recognition training included — and it is credited in full against your onboarding fee when you continue.

What's included in the onboarding fee?

Accepted Answer

Onboarding and AI training covers implementation, system configuration, hardware recognition training on your own machine, team onboarding and your initial workflows. The fee follows the tier — $4,999 on Basic, $8,999 on Pro, scoped with you on Enterprise — because a more complex machine takes more recognition training to bring up.

How do you determine device complexity?

Device complexity is based on several factors: the number of components, level of user interaction, data processing requirements, and integration needs. Simple devices (like desktop printers) have fewer components and straightforward operations. Complex devices (like industrial machinery) have numerous components, complex operations, and advanced integration requirements. We list example hardware on each tier to help you identify where yours fits, and the pilot settles it on your actual machine.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation can take up to 7 working days, depending on complexity. For less complex hardware devices, it can happen in as little as 2 working days. This includes system configuration, hardware recognition training, and team onboarding. More complex Enterprise implementations with custom workflows may take 1-2 weeks, depending on requirements.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade at any time as your needs expand. When upgrading from Basic to Pro, the onboarding fee difference is prorated based on your time as a customer. Downgrades can be made at the end of your billing cycle.

Are there long-term contracts?

Our Basic and Pro plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Annual billing is optional and is priced lower per month. Enterprise plans typically involve 12-month agreements to ensure proper continuity.

How accurate is the cost worksheet?

The cost side is exact — it uses only the prices published on this page, including the volume schedule, so it is arithmetic rather than a projection. The second half is not a forecast either: it restates that cost as the field visits and support tickets it would have to displace, using figures you enter yourself. We are not claiming you will hit those numbers — we have no customer results to publish yet.
